Expanding its range of live starters, Lesaffre creates a second active, ready-to-use liquid starter. Livendo LVBD 3000 is made from durum wheat flour fermented with yeast and leavening bacteria. It imparts mild acidity through the presence of a large number of lactic bacteria and is ideal for products containing high levels of sugar and fat such as brioche, brioche, croissants, etc. but also for leavened breads of mild acidity. It comes from organically grown flour.
